About the event

This workshop is the final session in the Mental Health Literacy series. The purpose of the series is to educate families about mental illness and to prepare them in the event a loved one has a mental health crisis. In this final class, you'll learn what we mean by resilience and how to get it, introduce coping skills, and build a WRAP recovery plan. We'll also discuss what living a full life with a mental health disorder looks like, and pay homage to some of the most amazing people in history whose illnesses transformed them into a changemaker.

Adults and youth ages 12 and up are welcome to attend this class.
