Nonprofit organizations are eligible for services free of charge as long as funding is available.
Mental Health Literacy Training
Mental Health Literacy is about having the knowledge and understanding the science and beliefs about mental disorders which facilitate recognition, management and prevention. Mental health literacy illustrates the connections between these 3 basic components.
Mental Health Literacy training includes:

Overview of the current Youth Mental Health Crisis

The ability to recognize specific disorders;

Where to go for mental health information;

Knowledge of risk factors and causes;

Information regarding professional help and treatments, and

Knowledge of effective coping skills,

Examination of attitudes that promote recognition
Crisis Prevention: Anxiety, Depression & Suicide
In this training, we discuss indicators of a pending or active crisis that may lead to severe harm to the person in crisis, their family, friends, and even strangers, and ways you can mitigate or avoid a crisis, and how to prepare for and navigate a crisis-in-action. Includes information regarding mental health and addiction-related crises:

Self-Care for Teachers, Staff, and Students
Everyone needs self-care, but for teachers, it's a "must!" During this seminar, we'll talk about what self-care means, why it's important, and strategies to fit yours into your day.

We'll also present some ways you can get students into a daily stress release routine!
