Online Support Groups
The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance
has online support groups on Tuesday evenings for parents of children with mood disorders.
All DBSA online support groups are free of charge, and are led by peers, which means that the person guiding the meeting knows firsthand what it’s like to live with a mood disorder or parent a child with a mood disorder. (Tess, our Executive Director, is an online support group leader for DBSA.)
Connect with English-speaking parents across the U.S., Canada, and around the world from the comfort of your home! To sign up, go to their online support group page.
