Our Board of Directors is comprised of individuals from all walks of life who are dedicated to helping and supporting families affected by mental illness and are passionately working to eradicate the stigma it holds.

Tess Snyder
President & Founder
Tess has long been an advocate for mental health. She founded Two Faces of Jane to fill the gap in parent and family caregiver support. Tess is a graduate of the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, and lived in NYC for 20 years where she was a professional singer-actress and International marketing executive on Wall Street.
Gauzia Chowdhury
Treasurer
Jill is the Vice President of Operations at ReportAll USA, and has served on several boards in the Northern Ohio area. Previously, she was a Director of Channel Partnerships & Strategic Accounts for Genom Oncology. Jill holds an MBA from Balwin Wallace Univerty and a BS from Cleveland State.
Suzanna Perine
Secretary
Suzanna is the Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing for Buyers Products. Previously, she was the Vice President of Customer Supply Chain N.A. of MTD Products. Suzanna holds a BSBA from Bowling Green State University.
Krystyne Waldorf
Director
Krystyne is a visual artist and advocate for mental health. An accomplished artist, her paintings and artisan jewelry can be seen on Facebook (Starview Creations) and regularly on exhibit at the Vermilion Arts Guild, where she is President of the Guild.
Charlea Smith
Director
Charlea has 19 years of experience managing operations and cross-functional teams and is a progressive leader with strong strategic planning skills. She holds a B.A. in Business Management, and is a Medical professional and life/health insurance agent. Charlea is the also the founder and President of Alea's Helping Hand, a nonprofit focused on financial literacy that empowers youth for success.
